- If you have to contact USR Support for your new modem, then expect to sit on
- the phone for at least 20 mins unless you call at 8:00 AM Central time then its only
- 10 mins. I have called USR Support at least six times and have spent over $23 in
- long distance charges and I have returned the modem once for a fix and then
- returned the modem for replacement because the fix did not fix the problem and
- now with the replaced modem I still have the same problem. I even tried the
- internal modem in other name brand computers and get the same result.

- So if you looking for modem see what your ISP is using you might have better luck.
